Does Paper Circle provide samples?
Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us at Paper Circle. There are no minimum qty’s required for any of our DIY invitations materials, we want you to be able to purchase just what you need to ensure that you are receiving the exact colours and products that you require to create samples and invitations. We are happy to send you a complimentary cardstock swatch book for our invitations materials (located under the ‘Sheets’ category). A $3 shipping & handling charge applies.

Can I place a special order?
We are here to help! If you are in search of a product that we do not carry, please let us know. We would be happy to try to source the items that you require.
We always do our best to accommodate special orders but some restrictions may apply. Since every special order is different, we deal with them on an individual basis. Please send your special order questions to info@papercircle.ca and we will do our best to help you.
How much is shipping and handling?
The shipping and handling rates below are for orders within Canada. Transit times are based on business day service, please calculate additional days for weekends and Stat holidays. For international orders, please contact us at info@papercircle.ca. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

When can I expect to get my order?
All product on our website are in-stock 95% of the time and orders will take approximately 1- 4 business days to process (*2-5 business days during peak wedding season Jan 1st – May 31st). Please allow additional time for shipping. We use FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post to ship our orders. If a particular invitation product is temporarily out-of-stock, replenishment inventory will be available within 1 to 1-1/2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks for re-stocking of rhinestone buckles and ribbon.
A signature is required for all orders sent to a business address. Residential deliveries don’t require a signature, please email us at info@papercircle.ca if you wish to have a signature required on delivery. Paper Circle is not responsible for lost packages once FedEx or Canada Post reports a delivered status.
In the unlikely even of product damage upon arrival, please hold on to all shipping package materials and contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery atinfo@papercircle.ca
How can I receive my order faster?
All in-stock orders will take 1-4 business days to process (*2-5 business days during peak wedding season Jan 1st – May 31st). If you wish to have your order arrive faster we suggest selecting a 2 day express (3 days for rural locations) or next day shipping methods. Next day service may not be available for all locations in Canada or Internationally. *Sorry, assembly/processing times are not modified or affected if an express shipping method is chosen. What is your return policy?
We at Paper Circle have carefully selected our products considering both quality and affordability. We have tried our best to represent each product to its full potential, but we acknowledge that there may be slight variations in colour and texture due to differences in computer monitors. We strongly encourage customers to order samples to insure that the invitations materials you wish to order are the right colour.
We are pleased to offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the merchandise or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs. Please contact us at info@papercircle.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the reasons for your pending return. We will issue you an RMA number and important instructions on how to address and re-pack your unwanted product. All returned merchandise MUST arrive in the condition that you received it in and in appropriate packaging. We are unable to accept products that are creased, bent or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. Paper Circle is not responsible for lost parcels. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods through FedEx, UPS, Puralator or Canada Post.
Please note that all Japanese and Indian decorative paper sheets, custom cutting, sale items and special orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Credit card transactions will be refunded once we have received and reviewed returned merchandise. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please contact us at info@papercircle.ca if you have any questions regarding returns.
